oz365win Responsible Gambling — Your protection is our commitment

oz365win believes that entertainment is only enjoyable when it is done in a controlled and mindful way. Our responsible gambling tools and guidelines are here to keep you safe.

Why is Responsible Gambling important?

Online betting and casino gaming should be a form of entertainment. At oz365win, we always want our players to play with enjoyment and in full control. Responsible gambling means staying aware of your budget, your time, and your emotions.

Gambling can cause financial harm, and for some people there is a risk it can become an addiction. That is why oz365win has developed a range of effective tools and policies to maintain a safe environment that helps every player stay healthy and protected. Our goal is to provide entertainment, not harm of any kind.

On this page you will learn how to set deposit limits, activate self-exclusion, take a time-out, and get support when you need it. Remember, responsible gambling at oz365win is a right, not an obligation.

21+

For adults only

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and take part in any form of betting or gaming at oz365win. We take a firm stance against gambling by minors. Age is verified at registration, and identity verification may be requested in cases of doubt.

Our Protection Tools

oz365win provides the following features to keep your gaming experience safe.

Deposit Limit

Set the maximum amount you can deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour wait, while reducing one takes effect straight away.

Session Time Limit

Set a session time limit for how long you play each day. When the set time is reached, oz365win will automatically alert you and help you end your session. This is an effective way to manage your time responsibly.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel that play is getting out of control, you can exclude yourself from the platform for a set period or permanently. During this time your account will be fully inactive and no promotional communications will be sent to you.

Time-Out Break

Take a time-out of anywhere from 24 hours to 6 weeks for a temporary break. Your account will be suspended for that period. Once the break ends you can return to using your account normally and remain in control.

Gaming History Review

Review your betting history and your deposit and withdrawal records at any time. Having an accurate picture of your spending and time is an important part of responsible gambling. Detailed transaction information is easily available in your account panel.

24/7 Live Chat Support

For any concern or issue, oz365win's Bangla-speaking support team is always ready to help. Contact us via live chat for any question related to responsible gambling. Assistance is provided with confidentiality and respect.

How to use the Self-Help Tools

Follow the steps below to activate these features easily.

Set a Deposit Limit

Log in to your oz365win account and go to the "Responsible Gambling" section under "Account Settings". Set your daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit there. Once a limit is set, you will not be able to deposit more than the specified amount. This feature is completely free and takes effect immediately.

Activate Self-Exclusion

Choose your self-exclusion period from the "Responsible Gambling" section — 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent. Once activated, your account cannot be reopened during the exclusion period. If you choose permanent exclusion, oz365win will not send you any promotional communications either.

Take a Time-Out

Use the time-out option whenever you feel you need a temporary break. You can choose a time-out ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During this time it will not be possible to log in or place any bets. Once the time-out ends you can resume using your account normally.

Reality Check Reminder

Set up a reality check to review your play status at regular intervals. A pop-up will appear at set intervals showing a summary of your current session duration and total transactions. This helps you continue playing mindfully.

Warning Signs — Are you noticing these in yourself?

If any of the following signs apply to you, it is time to seek help.

A growing tendency to place larger bets to try to recover lost money.
A tendency to hide your gaming activity from family or friends.
Betting with money meant for essential living expenses such as rent, food, or bills.
Wanting to stop playing but being unable to stop yourself.
Feeling restless, irritable, or depressed when not gaming.
Betting using borrowed money or loans.

If you or someone close to you is showing these signs, please contact oz365win's 24/7 live chat support or email [email protected]. Asking for help is an act of courage.

Build healthy gaming habits

  • Always set a fixed budget before you play — one you can afford to lose without it affecting your daily life.
  • Do not treat gambling as a source of income — it is entertainment only.
  • Do not place large bets out of emotion trying to recover lost money.
  • Set a fixed time limit before you start playing and make sure you stop once that time is up.
  • Do not play while drinking alcohol or when you are tired — it reduces your ability to make good decisions.
  • Make time for family and friends, exercise, and other hobbies as well.
  • Take regular breaks and review your gaming history.
  • Never bet with borrowed money or money set aside for bills.

Protection of Minors

oz365win strictly ensures that no one under the age of 21 can register or play on the platform. Age verification is mandatory at registration, and national ID or passport details may be requested in cases of doubt.

If you have children or teenagers at home, use a PIN or password lock on your computer or mobile device. Never share your oz365win account login details with anyone. You may also use parental control software on your device if needed.
